Bloody hell, what an absolute shithole.

We got the train from Liebnitz through the country side of Slovenia and arrived in Rijeka yesterday afternoon. The plan was to stay two nights here so today we could get a bus and do a day trip to Plitvice National Park. I suggest you google images it to see the waterfalls. However plans changed when we found out there were in fact no buses that left from this place to the park so after a bit more research, we found that to travel down to Zadar we are able to visit islands for the day as well as get frequently running buses to Plitvice.

The hostel we are staying in is crappy but at least it has air con and wifi.

It’s pretty difficult going from twelve days in a homely environment and getting back into the groove of nothing ever going to plan and sleeping in a room with twelve other people. Guess I should go to the hardware and drink a large glass of cement to harder up
