San Jose, Costa Rica

The last stop.

The strangest commute to San Jose, Costa Rica – the last stop before the long flight back to Australia. Another water transport however this time via a white water raft down a river. Alright, not a complete door to door raft, but a drive to Sarapique and a raft on rapids near there. Most rapids were class 4 (6 is the highest / hardest type of rapid), so we were getting up there. We had to split the group up – unsure if going as a two with a mate was better or a group of four mates made for a more stable journey.

What an incredible trip from start to finish. It has been action packed and culture immersive. Another six countries experienced, bringing the tally to over 50 explored.

Until next time…

Nathan
