Today was the graduation of my sister. To all that know her, it’s fair to say that it hasn’t been easy for her to finish these thirteen years of education but she did it and she’s chuffed. It was bizarre being at the graduation ceremony and knowing that it was three years ago that I finished high school and graduated in that very hall.

It doesn’t feel like it was that long ago and that got me thinking. Perhaps it’s our body that grows old and notices the days pass but I think the mind is what makes time seem almost non-existent sometimes.

A youthful mind will deliver a youthful life regardless of age.
